What We Do
Throughout the St Lawrence River, St Lawrence Seaway, and the Great Lakes System, we

Book vessels in and out of port, arranging pilot and tugboat services

Submit information on crew and any passengers to the local immigration authorities

Complete all relevant vessel clearance documentation

Advise Customs of a ship’s arrival and report the cargo on board

Supervise the loading and discharging of cargo and the safe handling of containers, break-bulk and bulk liquids

Oversee ship’s husbandry

Coordinate crew changes and repatriation, immigration documentation and onward travel arrangements
